Karl has worked as a producer on countless television commercials, music videos, television episodes, short films, animations and interactive online productions. His highlights include producing the Tropfest winning short “Marry Me”, and the acclaimed 1 hour documentary “A Very Short War”, which Karl has successfully sold to multiple networks and platforms both in Australia and Overseas.
Myles has been directing for over a decade, in which time he has worked on everything from documentaries to animations. He has directed over 150 television commercials, 20 music videos, dozens of short form TV shows, short films and the 1 hour documentary "A Very Short War". Myles works across multiple genres, from comedy, sport, kids and drama. Calm under pressure, his technical knowledge combined with his ability to communicate with talent makes him a great asset for any production.
Michelle is a director and writer of kids entertainment. She won Tropfest in 2008 with her short film "Marry Me", her projects have over 17 million views on YouTube and she's created over 50 short format shows for the Disney Channels. She's a graduate of the VCA Film School, her student short films appeared at major film festivals around the world, and before directing she was a children's photographer for 12 years.
For the last decade, Lucas has worked as a writer, director, editor and producer. Lucas got his first break producing and directing extra features for the Australian Idol DVD series. In 2007 Lucas directed Australia’s first made for mobile series, “Now on Planet 3” for Hutchinson Telecommunications. Since then Lucas has directed TVC’s for major Australian and international brands including Vodafone, HTC, Garmin, Trend Micro and Amart Sports. In 2014 Lucas produced Squeak and Boo Season 3 for Conti Bros. Films and the Walt Disney Channel.
Nick began his time with Conti Bros Films as an intern – having to clock up 80 hrs work experience as part of his Uni degree. So impressed were we with him, that after his hours were up we decided to give him a job. In the short time that he has been a part of the company, Nick has done everything from editing, recording sound, camera assisting, continuity on set, data wrangling and behind the scenes. He’s even learning how to make a decent coffee – ensuring that he will remain an invaluable member of the team.
