EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Karl has produced and overseen countless productions spanning cinema and television commercials, social media campaigns, TV episodes, short-films, animations, documentaries and interactive online content.

He produced the award-winning short-films SOCIAL DISTANCE (2020), DREAMWEAVER (2017) and MARRY ME (2008), as well as over 50 short-form television episodes for ABC, Disney Channel, SBS and CMC.

Karl produced the 1 hr documentary A VERY SHORT WAR (2010), and was Executive Producer of the 2 part television event NO FRIEND BUT THE MOUNTAINS: A VOYAGE THROUGH SONG (2021), which premiered on the ABC.

Myles studied at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) graduating in 1997, before moving to Sydney where he began a career as an actor, working on stage, in television and in films.

It wasn't long however before he was drawn to the other side of the camera, writing, directing, producing and editing a number of self funded short-films and animations, leading to a career as a commercial director.

In 2007, having worked at a number of production companies, he founded Conti Bros. Films with his brother Karl. Through the company he has directed hundreds of television commercials, television episodes, documentaries and award-winning short-films.

Having collaborated on and off with Karl and Myles since 2000, Lucas joined Conti Bros. Films on a full time basis in 2015.

He has directed and edited TVC’s and online content for major Australian and international brands, networks and agencies.

In 2007, Lucas wrote and directed Australia’s first made for mobile series NOW ON PLANET 3 for Hutchinson Telecommunications, and in 2015 he was the producer of SQUEAK & BOO S3 for Disney Channel.

As writing partners, Lucas and Myles wrote the award-winning short SOCIAL DISTANCE (2020), and have written two feature films that are currently in pre-production.

As part of his media degree, Nick became Conti Bros. Film’s first ever intern in 2013. Impressing with his work ethic, he was offered a part-time position after graduation, which became a full time role soon after.

In the years since, Nick has worked across all areas of production, gaining valuable experience in everything from production management to post-production. It is on set however, that Nick really shines, working on numerous productions as a camera assistant, and learning from some of the best DOPs in the country, he has become a skilled shooter himself, shooting, directing and editing most of the digital content we produce.
